In such event, contest Entities shall have no liability to any entrants who are disqualified due to such an action. By entering into any of our contests, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest Entities, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters.
If we decide to materially change our privacy policy, we will prominently post those changes on this page 30 days prior to the change, and/or we will send you an email informing you of the change(s) fourteen (14) days in advance, so that you are always aware of any changes to our Privacy Policy. ELIGIBILITY
All MyCoolContests.com (MCC) contests are open and offered to legal residents of The United States (and its territories), Canada (except residents of Quebec), and all other countries.But void where prohibited by law! All entrants must be at least 13 years of age at the time of entry. If you are not 13 years of age or older at the time of signing up to be a member you must have a parent or legal guardian sign up on your behalf. Employees and directors of MyCoolContests.com, their parent companies, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, judges and legal advisors, and the immediate family or members of the households of such employees and directors ARE NOT eligible to participate in ANY MyCoolContests.com's contests.
All winners agree to provide any and all proof of identity (name, address, age, etc.) requested and in some cases proof-of-purchase which may be requested. Winners also agree to execute all documents requested and agree to all obligations and undertakings by us or our Sponsors to claim their prize(s) whether requested in advance, during, or after any contest or prize(s) may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
By entering, you (and your parents and legal guardians if you are a minor) agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of MyCoolContests.com, our Sponsors, and our contests judges which are final and binding in all respects.
CONTEST/PROMOTION TERMINATION
MyCoolContests.com and our Sponsors reserve the right to terminate a promotion or contests by giving notice during a contest, in which case the promotion or contest will terminate immediately or within whatever time frame we decide. The Grand Prize will nevertheless be awarded as stated in the event of any early termination based upon all entries received prior to the moment of termination.
Entry Into Our Contests.
ALL members of MyCoolContests.com will be automatically entered into our "CoolDailyGiveaways" Raffle Drawings unless otherwise requested not to be entered by that member. There is only one way to become a member, via our web-site at: http://www.mycoolcontests.com
All MCC members computer's must accept cookies, or any successor or similar technology (whether now known or hereafter devised or discovered) which may be used by MyCoolContests.com and/or our Sponsors for the purpose of tracking entries into our contests.
To enter into any of our contests, access the MCC web site located at http://www.mycoolcontests.com. Complete the registration form for membership on our web-site (if you have not already registered) by filling out your full name, complete home address (including zip code), home telephone number (including area code), date of birth or age, gender, email address, and any other requested fields and follow the other instructions set forth on our web site. By becoming a registered member of MyCoolContests you incur no obligations other than your agreement to be bound by the MCC Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and to receive emails from MyCoolContests.com.Members may NOT opt-out of receiving MyCoolContests.com's e-mails.
Each time you refer a friend to our site and they become a member and inform us that you referred them; you will receive one additionalpermanent entry into our "CoolDailyGiveaways" Raffle Drawing. You may also receive one additional permanent entry by submitting a friendly photo of yourself to be used for our "Lucky Winners" page. From time-to-time there will also be other future activities or actions that will result in you receiving additional entries into our "CoolDailyGiveaways" Raffle Drawing.
From time to time we may offer additional "Bonus" entries for off-site activities on selected associated web sites (including activities occurring off the Internet). Some activities may also include purchasing our Sponsor's products or services. The number of "Bonus" entries available for any particular activity will be predetermined. It will be displayed next to the Bonus activity and/or otherwise disclosed on our web site for off-the-Internet activities and stated as "Bonus" along with a description or link to a description of any related conditions or limitations.
MCC or our Sponsors reserve the right to offer additional methods of entry from time to time during a contest. The number of entries for any activity or action may be changed by MCC or our Sponsors at any time in its sole discretion.
Entrants may NOT enter any of our contests with multiple email and/or multiple identities. Any entrant who attempts to participate with multiple email and/or multiple identities may be disqualified. Please be fare, there will MORE THAN ENOUGH prizes to go around!!!
MCC and our Sponsors reserve the right to institute a program in which participants are able to purchase entries for specific contests. Should such a program be instituted it will be announced in a manner deemed appropriate by MCC and will be incorporated into these Official Rules.
RAFFLE DRAWING, PRIZE, and ODDS
Winner(s) will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winners will not be notified via e-mail, phone, fax, or any other method of contact. It is winners' sole responsibility to visit our site to see if they have won!
We may also (without prior notice) conduct one or more additional random drawing(s) by randomly selecting one or more additional winner(s) for that or any other contest(s). No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of prize permitted unless permitted by MyCoolContests.com or our Sponsors. MyCoolContests.com or our Sponsors may also substitute any prize of equal or greater value for any reason. All cash prizes are expressed in U.S. Dollars (& cents). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner
ALL taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. A prize won by a minor (as minor is defined by the jurisdiction of minor's residence) will be awarded in the name of, or to, the minor's parent or legal guardian, or as may otherwise be deemed appropriate by MCC or our Sponsors, in its sole judgment. The parent or guardian of a winning-minor must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings on behalf of themselves and the winning minor or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Contest Entities may substitute any prize of equal or greater value for any reason. Winners, and winners' parents or legal guardians if winner is a minor (both on behalf of themselves and winner) must complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within 7 days of notification if requested. Failure to return documents, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules or otherwise ineligible, may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
Where permitted by law, winner, and winners' parents or legal guardians if winner is a minor (both on behalf of themselves and winner), (and in those instances when interim drawings have taken place, those who have been selected in the drawings) grant to our Sponsor, and those acting pursuant to its direction or control, (and agree to confirm such grant in writing upon request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration and without notification, review or approval.
Participants, (and participants parents or legal guardians if participant is a minor (both on behalf of themselves and winner), release and agree to hold harmless MyCoolContests.com, Sponsors, and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of Prize(s), participation in our contests, or participation in any of contests'-related activity.
MCC and/or our Sponsors reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in it's sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of any contest or our web site(s); to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the web site(s); to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person(s).
Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and persons using any such methods will be disqualified.
If for any reason any of our contests is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of MCC and/or our Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of any contest, MCC and/or our Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest(s) and conduct a random drawing to award the Grand Prize(s) using all eligible non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. ARBITRATION AND DISPUTES
As a condition of participating in any and all of our contests or promotions, participant(s) (and their parents/legal guardians if participants are minors) agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the contest(s), or any prizes awarded, or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
