A quick note regarding trading prizes that you have won: Please don't ever hesitate to trade a prize you won for another prize, or trade it for the cash trade amount. Don't ever think that we will be offended or that we will take it personally. We don't ever want you to accept a prize that you really don't want or can't use. Also, in most cases, it is less expensive for us to send you the cash trade amount instead of the actual prize anyway.

Make sure that the prize you want to trade for allows trades. Then, make sure that the prize you've won can be traded for the prize you want. This information will be on the page of the prize you want. Also, PLEASE give us 5 or 6 trade choices just in case the 1st prize is not available for trade. If you only list 1 or 2 trade requests and they are not available, we will send you another prize of our own choice. If you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to e-mail us at info@mycoolcontests.com. If you send us an internal e-mail, it may take us a day or two to respond.
